Samuel’s practice focuses on government investigations, white collar defense, and qui tam lawsuits under the federal False Claims Act and similar state statutes.
Prior to joining WMHW, Samuel clerked for the Honorable Mark A. Kearney of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, District of Delaware, and District of the Virgin Islands. He practiced in the litigation department of a national law firm, where he worked on complex commercial matters and government investigations.
Samuel graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he served as a staff editor on the Temple Law Review.
