Jon represents whistleblowers in qui tam lawsuits under the federal False Claims Act and similar state statutes. He has successfully represented whistleblowers in cases across the country that have collectively returned hundreds of millions of dollars to the federal government and various state governments.
Jon has extensive experience in all facets of qui tam litigation, including investigating potential cases, working with the government during its investigation, and actively litigating cases against some of the country’s largest companies. Jon has represented whistleblowers in a wide variety of cases, with a focus on cases involving healthcare fraud against Medicare, Medicaid, and other government-sponsored healthcare programs.
Prior to working at WMHW, he worked at a large commercial litigation firm and a plaintiff’s firm in Philadelphia. Jon has authored or co-authored two works published in law reviews.
