Chris represents corporations and individuals in criminal, civil, and regulatory matters. His experience includes taking and defending depositions, conducting internal investigations, preparing witnesses to testify, and briefing complex motions. Notably, Chris gained significant courtroom experience as a key member of a litigation team that won a two-week employment discrimination trial in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (SDNY).
Chris maintains a regulatory compliance practice focused on anti-money laundering and sanctions-related issues. He also worked on an independent monitorship of a major financial institution, pursuant to a consent order of the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS).
Prior to joining WMHW, Chris practiced law with a top-ranked firm, where he defended businesses throughout all stages of employment litigation. He also served as an intern to the Honorable William D. Wall, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and worked as a law clerk with the National Football League.
