Jim Walden is featured in The Financial Times report about venture capital firm Lux Capital’s legal dispute with close friends and early shareholders. The early shareholders, represented by Walden, allege that they were forced to sell out for less than the value of their stakes.

If they were paid a fair price and given the level of transparency and information that they were otherwise owed, things might be different, said Jim Walden, who represents a group of 10 shareholders.
