Cheryl’s practice concentrates on white collar and complex commercial matters. She represents individuals and corporations in several areas, including fraud, business tort, and securities. Her experience includes briefing motions, particularly pretrial motions in limine, and obtaining expertise in defensive discovery.
Before joining WMH, Cheryl was a litigator at a preeminent global law firm. She contributes her time to various nonprofits and has served on the supervisory committee of a mid-sized credit union, monitoring its federal regulatory compliance and internal controls.
She is fluent in French.
